99 apps Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the 99 apps website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "Member" means any person who has completed the registration process and holds an account on 99 apps.
• "Services" means casino games, slots, sports betting and other entertainment services provided through the platform.
• "Transaction" means any financial activity related to deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims.
• "Bonus" means any promotional benefit offered by 99 apps to Members, subject to specific conditions.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. Before using any part of the 99 apps platform, Members must ensure they are legally permitted to use this platform in their own jurisdiction.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 99 apps, Members must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in immediate account closure, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on the 99 apps platform. Opening more than one account is a breach of policy and may result in permanent closure of all accounts involved.

• The name, mobile number and identity document details provided at registration may be verified at a later stage.
• Keeping account login details confidential is entirely the Member's responsibility.
• Placing bets or conducting transactions on another person's account is prohibited.
• If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, 99 apps support must be notified immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request or after a certain threshold is exceeded, 99 apps may request documents to verify identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

99 apps takes the protection of minors very seriously. If there is any doubt about a user's age, the platform reserves the right to request confirmation via a national identity card or passport at any time. If a user is identified as a minor, the account will be closed and all bets will be considered void.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on 99 apps can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for any method is ৳300. Members must use their own mobile wallet when making a deposit — sending funds from another person's account is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet linked at the time of registration.

• Withdrawals will only be processed when the Member's account holds a sufficient verified balance.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal may be temporarily held while an investigation is carried out.
• In the event of a chargeback or unauthorised transaction, the account will be subject to immediate review.

99 apps offers various types of bonuses to Members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, 99 apps gives a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• Only bets placed on specified games will count toward wagering calculations.
• 99 apps reserves the right to change, pause or cancel any promotion, including without prior notice.
• If a Member is suspected of abusing the bonus system, bonus privileges for that account may be permanently withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99 apps platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Operating an account through fraud, false identity or by using another person's identity.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion or coordinated attempts to defraud the system.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Harassing, intimidating or attempting to influence other Members through deceptive means.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or technical safeguards.

99 apps reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Member's account for any reason, with or without providing a reason, particularly when:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the Member has breached these Terms.
• An investigation is ongoing that involves that account.
• The Member themselves requests self-exclusion or self-restriction.
• Required by a government or legal directive.

If an account is suspended without due cause, the Member may contact support to request a review.

The logo, designs, graphics, software, game content and all written materials on the 99 apps platform are protected as proprietary intellectual property. No material may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party games or content displayed on the platform are the property of the respective publishers or providers.

99 apps accepts no liability for the following:

• A bet or game session left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• A transaction delayed or cancelled due to failure of third-party software or payment services.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's own negligence or sharing account details with others.
• Temporary service interruptions during platform maintenance or upgrades.

In any circumstance, 99 apps' total liability will not exceed the actual balance currently held in the Member's account.

Personal information provided by a Member at the time of account registration is stored securely by 99 apps. Full details of how this information is collected, used and protected can be found in our Privacy Policy.

A Member's personal information will only be shared with third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so or where required for payment processing.

If a dispute or complaint arises, the Member must first report the matter to 99 apps customer service (via live chat or email). Our support team is available 24/7 in Bangla and English.

• An initial response will be provided within a set timeframe after a complaint is received.
• In disputes regarding game results, server-side logs will be treated as the final evidence.
• If a matter cannot be resolved through internal processes, mediation may be arranged with the agreement of both parties.

Any legal dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

99 apps reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remaining parts will continue to be in full effect.
• A one-time relaxation of any condition by 99 apps will not be taken as a precedent for waiving that condition in the future.
• Where these Terms are available in both English and Bangla, the Bangla version will be considered authoritative.
